Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your The Relic Vault Advent Calendar.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at contact@therelicvault.co with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to send it back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund
